Sam is a paralegal focusing on product liability, legal malpractice, and railroad injury cases, and has been part of Nick’s team since 2023.

Practice Overview

 

Sam began working with Nick at his previous firm in February 2023 and joined Nick Wheeler Law in June 2025. She brings prior litigation experience in state and federal courts across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, and focuses on product liability, legal malpractice, and railroad personal injury matters.

Education

 

Sam received her BA in English from University of Oregon, followed by her AA in Paralegal Studies from Portland Community College.
